Return Policy for MAGNEQ ENTERPRISES - Effective Date: 15th November, 2025

At MAGNEQ Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and replacement policy designed to provide you with peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper use will not be eligible for return.

  • For defective or damaged items received, a return or replacement must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@magneq.in with your order details and reason for return.

  • Kindly record an unboxing video and share it with us when placing the return or replacement request for verification purposes.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

  • Please securely package the item before shipping it back to us. You are responsible for ensuring that the item reaches us in the same condition as delivered.

  • Return shipping charges are typically borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • In cases of approved defective or damaged product returns, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund in case of customer-initiated returns.

Exceptions

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance may be non-returnable. Please check product details before purchase.

  • Gift cards, augmented reality fitting tools, or items listed as "final sale" are not eligible for returns.
