Order Processing & Cancellation

  • Orders are swiftly processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed during business days.

  • Once an order has left our warehouse and has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may submit a return or replacement request only after delivery receipt if the item is defective or incorrect.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 business days from the shipping date.

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or holidays.

  • We will notify you by email or SMS if there are any significant delays affecting your order.

Shipping Charges and Payment

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Currently, MAGNEQ Enterprises does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. All purchases must be prepaid via the available online payment methods.

Shipping Locations

We ship within India to most locations. If any delivery restrictions exist for certain areas, they will be communicated during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
